How do I get my own images into the app?
You have three options: use the built-in templates, copy images into your headset’s storage from a computer, or use the Upload feature to send images straight from your phone — no cable needed.
How does sending images from my phone work?
In the headset, open the library and choose the Upload tab to get a 6-digit code and a QR code. On your phone, open the upload page, scan the code or enter it, then pick photos or take a picture. They appear in your headset within seconds and are deleted from the cloud right after.
The stencil is hard to see while I trace.
Lower the opacity so your hand and tool show through the guide. Opacity is on the right controller: hold the grip and push the thumbstick up or down.
My image won’t lock to the wall.
Make sure the room has enough light and visible surface detail, aim at the wall, and hold steady for about a second until the reticle confirms. Featureless, very dark, or glossy surfaces track less reliably.
The reference moved after I took the headset off and back on.
GraffitiXR tries to restore the locked position automatically. If it drifts, re-lock to the wall. Feature-rich rooms hold the lock best.
